Identify and Assess
Site identification and landowner engagement, leads to site feasibility work to establish development options and purchase price.
Contract Terms and Legals
Agree purchase terms with landowner and enter legal contract to acquire land.
Planning Application
Commission professional team (architect, engineers, highway, planning consultants etc.) and co-ordinate the submission of a planning application.
Site Purchase, Specification and Build
Completion of the land purchase (usually after planning permission has been granted), Kyme Homes' designers then firm up building specifications and the construction team are mobilised to begin building work.
Marketing, After Sales and Development Review
Sales process starts and once completed, Kyme Homes' after sales care policy comes in affect. The overall development is then reviewed to ensure we are constantly improving in all aspects of our business.
